Who we are

This website is run by BeachHaven (ABN to be added), 167 Marine Parade, San Remo VIC 3925. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect and why

• Enquiries. The enquiry form doesn't send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and we only get it if you press send. We then have your name, phone, email and message, which we use only to answer you, arrange an inspection and handle any sale.
• Phone calls and emails you make to us directly are handled the same way.
• We don't ask for and don't want payment, bank or ID details through this website.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, so there's no cookie banner. Nothing is stored on your device.

Other services that see your visit

• Our web host receives standard technical details (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and block attacks. Some hosting and security providers store this data overseas, including in the United States.
• Fonts are stored on our own site, so no font service (such as Google) sees your visit.
• Email. Enquiry emails are stored with our email provider.

Who we share it with

No one, except where the law requires it or where you've asked us to (for example, a solicitor handling your purchase). We never sell your information or send you marketing without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to answer you and handle any sale and its paperwork, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@beachhavenpark.com.au or calling 03 5678 5265. If something goes wrong with your data that could seriously harm you, we'll tell you and, where required, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). If you're unhappy with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
